In a team of 5 members, we collaborated together to create a mock Pre-Opening Marketing Plan for a mock-up resort located in Bali, Indonesia that is set to reopen its doors in Q2 2022.

​

To produce the marketing plan, we had to consider the following factors:

  • Pricing & Segmentation

  • Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Distribution Channel Strategy

  • Revenue Management & Optimisation

​

Personally, I covered the Distribution Channel Strategy aspect, where I analysed the competitors' use of distribution channels, and recommended 4 key channels of distribution for the resort to utilise for the marketing plan.
